Orders are  usually despatched within 5-10 business days of receipt of cleared cleared payment, however please allow up to seven days for shipment as occasionally shipments are held up for reasons beyond of our control. We do not despatch on weekends and public holidays. 

We partner with a number of courier and transport companies to ensure safe carriage of your order at a reasonable price.  Your delivery is trackable online once despatched.

We offer a door to door delivery service.  Our delivery partners do not carry items up stairs and all deliveries are to the front of house/unit only.
